What Is FundedNext Futures?
FundedNext Futures is the CME futures division of FundedNext, a global proprietary trading firm founded in 2022 and headquartered in Bangladesh, with operations spanning 150+ countries. The broader FundedNext brand — which also covers a comprehensive CFD product suite — has paid out $284.6M+ to 93,000+ traders and holds a 4.5/5 Trustpilot rating from 62,711+ reviews, making it one of the most-reviewed prop firms in the world. The Futures division runs three distinct challenges — Rapid, Legacy, and Bolt — all as one-step evaluations using end-of-day (EOD) trailing drawdown. There are no activation fees, no monthly subscriptions, and no recurring charges beyond the one-time challenge fee.
What sets FundedNext Futures apart in 2026 is structural cleverness: the three challenge models are mirror images of each other on the consistency rule. Rapid drops the consistency requirement during evaluation so you can pass fast — but enforces it once funded. Legacy flips this: tighter in the challenge, completely free once funded. Bolt offers a low-cost $50K-only option with the strictest rules of the three but the highest return potential per dollar. Add a 15% performance bonus on Legacy challenge profits, a $1,000 cash guarantee if payouts miss the 24-hour window, and a Live Trading Program that converts Legacy profits to real capital — and FundedNext runs one of the most sophisticated futures evaluation ecosystems available in 2026.
Evaluation Rules
All three FundedNext Futures challenges are one-step evaluations with no time limit. All use EOD trailing drawdown — the floor only adjusts once per day at market close based on the highest balance reached, meaning intraday spikes cannot move your drawdown threshold mid-session. Positions must be closed by 3:10 PM CT daily. Overnight and weekend holding are not permitted on any account. Hedging (holding opposing positions simultaneously) is a hard breach on all plans.
The 40% consistency rule at FundedNext Futures doesn't breach your account — instead,it raises your profit target proportionallyuntil the distribution evens out. This feels forgiving on the surface, but it means a single large winning day traps you in the challenge longer than expected, requiring multiple smaller days to offset it. The critical decision is where the consistency rule applies for you:
Rapid:No consistency rule during the challenge — pass as fast as you want. But once funded, your best day cannot exceed 40% of total profit at any payout cycle. Swing traders and streaky high-conviction traders will hit this on funded accounts.
Legacy:40% applies during the challenge (slower to pass), but zero consistency rule on the funded account — complete freedom in distribution once you're pulling payouts. Legacy also qualifies for the Live Trading Program and the 15% challenge profit bonus. For traders who plan to hold the funded account long-term, Legacy's funded-phase freedom is the stronger choice.
Account Sizes & Pricing
FundedNext Futures offers accounts from $25K to $100K across three challenge types. Pricing is one-time only — no activation fees, no monthly recurring charges. Discounts of 10–20% are regularly available. The Bolt challenge, at $99.99 for a $50K account, is the cheapest futures prop entry at FundedNext. Rapid is the most expensive tier at any shared size, reflecting its no-eval-consistency premium. Legacy sits between the two in price and is the only challenge eligible for the Live Trading Program and the 15% challenge performance bonus. Up to 5 accounts can be run simultaneously across any mix of challenge types.
Note: The Legacy $50K challenge was updated twice in early 2026 — the max loss limit tightened from $2,500 to $2,000 in January 2026, and the profit target increased from $2,500 to $3,000 in March 2026. These changes apply to all accounts purchased after the respective dates. The price was not changed.

Funded Account & Payouts
Once a challenge is passed, traders move into a FundedNext Account where performance rewards begin. Rapid accounts pay every 5 trading days with no minimum trading days required. Legacy accounts pay on the same 5-day cycle. Bolt accounts have a fixed lifecycle of 5 total payouts, after which the account closes. FundedNext guarantees payouts within 24 hours and compensates traders with $1,000 if this window is missed — a legally-framed commitment no other futures prop firm currently offers. Withdrawal processing fees of up to 3.5% apply depending on method. Legacy challenge profits earn a 15% performance bonus during the evaluation phase; Rapid and Bolt do not. Legacy is the only path eligible for the Live Trading Program at $100,000 in total cumulative Legacy profits.
Legacy account holders who accumulate$100,000 in total active profits(withdrawals plus current unrealized profit across all Legacy accounts combined) become eligible for FundedNext's Live Trading Program — a pathway to real capital allocation. Rapid and Bolt accounts do not qualify.
Platforms & Instruments
FundedNext Futures supports three platforms: Tradovate, NinjaTrader, and TradingView. Tradovate is the default browser-based option available immediately on account setup. NinjaTrader connects via the Rithmic or CQG feed for traders who prefer desktop-native execution with advanced order-flow tools. TradingView is supported for charting and strategy execution. All three platforms are available to both US and international traders. Semi-automated and algorithmic trading strategies are permitted. Hedging (holding opposing positions simultaneously in the same instrument, including with mini and micro contracts) is prohibited and constitutes a hard breach.

MarketGrid Verdict
FundedNext Futures earns its place among the top-tier futures prop firms in 2026 — not through gimmicks, but through structural sophistication. Three challenge models built as mirror images of each other, an EOD drawdown that protects intraday traders from their own unrealized volatility, the only $1,000 payout guarantee in the industry, a 15% challenge bonus on Legacy accounts, and a Live Trading Program pathway are a combination no single competitor currently matches end-to-end.
The limitations are real — 80% split, no overnight holding, a $100K account ceiling, and payout fees up to 3.5%. But for disciplined intraday futures traders who want a reliable brand, predictable payout timing, and genuine flexibility in how they approach the evaluation versus the funded stage, FundedNext Futures is one of the most thoughtfully constructed programs in the space. Pick Rapid if you want to pass fast and can manage the funded consistency cap. Pick Legacy if you trade steadily and want maximum funded freedom. Either way — FundedNext delivers.
